Lego Serious Play(LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique using Lego bricks. It is a hands-on, innovative, and playful way to explore complex problems and unlock creative solutions. LSP is based on the idea that everyone has a unique perspective and insights to offer, and by building and sharing models using Lego bricks, participants can express their ideas and views in a non-confrontational and collaborative environment.
