The Climate & Ecosystems team at Vidhi hosted a roundtable titled ‘From Conflict to Coexistence: Media’s Role in Shaping Public Perception on Human-Wildlife Interaction’ with ClimateRISE Alliance and Mongabay-India on 18th June. The meeting brought together experts from civil society and the media to discuss the complexities of HWI and the media’s role in shaping public perception.
Attendees included conservation practitioners, journalists, researchers, and civil society members from organisations such as the Bombay Natural History Society ( Bnhs ) , Wildlife Trust of India, The Coexistence Consortium, GGSIPU, Bennett Coleman & Co.
