On the occasion of World Fisheries Day, November 21, 2025, Dakshin Foundation invites you to an evening of film, dialogue, and shared reflections at Atta Galatta Bookstore – The Bookstore, Bengaluru, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The event will feature a screening of Misrav, Dakshin’s documentary that portrays the lives of Lakshadweep’s fishers and their deep bond with the sea.
Following the screening, a panel comprising fishers, researchers, and practitioners will engage in a discussion on the challenges and aspirations shaping the future of sustainable fisheries.
