We’re excited to share that the Green Incubation Program has entered its third cohort in Purvanchal. Anchored by Jagriti Enterprise Centre – Purvanchal, the program identifies and supports local MSMEs to embed environmental sustainability into their core business practices and scale responsibly.
Over the past two cohorts, more than 30 enterprises across agri-allied businesses, crafts, and waste management have been incubated, with tangible impact:
- 96% increase in average revenue
- 86% growth in employment
- 75% successfully raised external capital
The 3rd cohort builds on this momentum, bringing together another group of early-stage enterprises committed to sustainability.
This is part of our broader commitment to strengthen grassroots green entrepreneurship in underserved regions like Purvanchal and enable scalable, place-based solutions to environmental and livelihood challenges.
