Gram Engineering Training

Conducted from November 5–8, saw the participation of 190 tribal leaders from various villages. The training focused on equipping participants with technical knowledge and practical skills for constructing water reservoirs, contour trenches, and other water conservation structures critical for sustaining village water resources. During the program, village teams collaboratively developed action plans for water conservation efforts, ensuring community involvement and ownership. This training aimed to empower local leaders with the expertise to address water scarcity effectively while fostering a sense of responsibility and leadership within their communities.
