Timbaktu Collective continues to strengthen its community-owned enterprises by promoting organic products, building business strategies, and embracing sustainable practices.
Showcasing Cooperative Products: The Enterprises team participated in Bhoomi Habba in Bengaluru, showcasing products made by the cooperatives and engaging visitors through a live food demonstration.
Planning for Sustainable Growth: A three-year business plan was developed for the Dharani Organic Farmers’ Cooperative, outlining a roadmap for production, processing, and sales. The plan also focuses on strengthening supply chains and financial planning, including access to credit, receivables, and disbursements.
Embracing Eco-Friendly Packaging: As part of its packaging strategy, eco-friendly packaging materials were procured for six varieties of oil soaps, supporting the marketing and sale of the cooperatives’ natural soap products.
