This is encouraging news - paying for waste management. I do feel less sure of the mechanism to arrive at user fees based on electricity usage/slabs… a house could potentially be zero-waste (composting all wet waste and recycling/upcycling dry waste) and would still have to pay SWM fees since there is no escaping electricity usage… (unless relying entirely on solar)
@Archana_Saahas - I imagine yours is a potentially zero-waste household?
