August 17-19 (650 Participants) Centered on training participants to plan, execute, and manage social events in their villages. The camp emphasized leadership development, turning participants into agents of change while connecting them to Shivganga’s broader mission of community building.

September 13-16 (131 Participants) & October 10-13 (110 Participants)
Focused on raising awareness among tribal youth about their challenges and inspiring them to unite for collective action. The 4-day immersive camp included discussions on village issues, their root causes, and solutions, complemented by activities and stories of tribal leaders to instill self-esteem and a collective spirit. Participants were selected for further training and exposure programs.
Women Empowerment camps

Women Empowerment camps aimed to develop women leaders focused on addressing critical health and sanitation challenges in tribal villages. The program highlighted the significant role of health awareness in reducing family debt caused by emergency healthcare expenses and promoted practices for maintaining hygiene. The camps combined physical activities, discussions on village issues, traditional tribal practices like Halma and Matavan, and sessions on community leadership.
