We’re excited to share an update on a new initiative we’ve launched -
At a time when our shared futures seem increasingly shaped by intersecting challenges of climate disruption, youth identity crisis, and fragmented collectives, ChakraView invites senior leaders from youth-focused organisations to reimagine these very challenges as pivotal moments for personal and organisational transformation.
This co-created journey brings together experienced changemakers who are standing at the threshold of their next personal or organisational curve. Over a 6-month period, participants will engage in deep immersion, peer learning, and hands-on collaboration with early-stage climate organisations as a pathway to engage with climate urgency.
This includes a 6-day offsite immersion, focused on unlearning default systems and cultivating regenerative, interconnected ways of thinking and acting; peer learning and mentoring circles, and real-world collaboration, where participants co-support a younger organisation in navigating a live strategic challenge, bringing together climate and youth lenses.
We’re deeply grateful for the encouragement and solidarity from our wider ecosystem, and especially to those supporting spaces where leaders can pause, reflect, and reorient toward futures that serve both people and the planet.
