Efforts focused on improving enterprise efficiency and infrastructure. For millet harvesting machinery, a committee was formed, conducted field visits, completed a price analysis, and consulted with farmers to assess feasibility. Significant investments were made in storage and processing machines, including the purchase of a Groundnut Grader and two new high-capacity Flour Mills. Procurement also advanced for a Millet Dehuller and for a Solar Inverter to increase the use of renewable energy.
