Building the Next Generation of Social Sector Leaders

As a social entrepreneur and institutional builder, some of my greatest lessons have not come from books, trainings, or conferences—but from my peers. Over the years, conversations with fellow leaders from other organisations have shaped how I think, how to lead, and how to runan organisation

Now, as I prepare to hand over the reins or give more charge of running SwitchON to our next set of leaders and senior management, I find myself thinking about how to give them that same experience—learning from peers. I want to collaborate and create spaces where mid-level managers from different social sector organisations can meet, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s successes and failures.

Our sector urgently needs more opportunities to strengthen leadership, sharpen skills, and build trust across organisations. Plz connect with me if you are open to organise a cross-learning workshop. we can grow our teams, but also the capacity of the sector as a whole.

Thanks for kicking this off! This is seriously needed. There are so many who’re starting to thing beyond their own orgs and needs there, at the level of the ecosystem as well.

We’re happy to host a discussion for this at office. Without our org hats, of course.

Excellent, thanks sameer ji, happy forward to connect on this with you and other peers.
