Fifteen years’ professional experience with intergovernmental institutions − International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), UNEP World Conservation Monitoring Centre, BirdLife International, International Water Management Institute − working on biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, transboundary cooperation, protected area management and climate change with a focus in Asia. Proven track record of managing complex multi-partner, multi-country sustainable development and conservation programmes from design, development, and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. Experience in partnership development, private sector engagement, and fundraising. Designed and facilitated conferences, workshops, and training programmes involving diverse stakeholders. Extensive technical and field knowledge in natural resource management, participatory methods for community-based ecosystem management, knowledge management and communication.
