We got a few people writing in. Some of it was super constructive and useful, and some more of a non actionable rant, but we welcome both 
One of the first actions internally has been to try and fix our internal process to fix delays in the tranches and sure diligence etc. Some of it has gotten done and done is still WIP. We want to get this to running like as smooth an engine as possible, so do keep us in the know of there are hiccups.
We have also tried messaging more clearly what kind of invoicing proposals we prioritise, else the deluge can lead to lower response rates. Again, trying a few things you fix this process, apart from more clarity on the theses.
