**Third Quarter Update of The Timbaktu Collective**

_ **Reporting Period:** April 2026 to June 2026_

**Date:** 09-10-2026

**Output 4: Promotion of Ethical, Sustainable, and Viable Business Enterprises**

Timbaktu Collective continues to invest in infrastructure and sustainable farming solutions to support farmers and strengthen organic agriculture.

**Improving Processing Efficiency:** Sealing and millet-processing machines were procured and installed, increasing processing capacity, saving time, and making operations easier and more efficient at the processing unit of the Farmers’ Cooperative.

**Establishing a Bio-Resource Centre:** The Bio-Resource Centre is initiated to be established at Timbaktu Collective’s main office to improve accessibility for farmers and enable better monitoring and management of its operations.
