**Output 3: Promotion of Rural Enterprises Incubation Hub**  
**Third Quarter Update of The Timbaktu Collective**

_ **Reporting Period:** April 2026 to June 2026_

**Date:** 09-10-2026

Timbaktu Collective continues to strengthen its community-owned enterprises by promoting organic products, building business strategies, and embracing sustainable practices.

**Showcasing Cooperative Products:** The Enterprises team participated in _Bhoomi Habba_ in Bengaluru, showcasing products made by the cooperatives and engaging visitors through a live food demonstration.

**Planning for Sustainable Growth:** A three-year business plan was developed for the Dharani Organic Farmers’ Cooperative, outlining a roadmap for production, processing, and sales. The plan also focuses on strengthening supply chains and financial planning, including access to credit, receivables, and disbursements.

**Embracing Eco-Friendly Packaging:** As part of its packaging strategy, eco-friendly packaging materials were procured for six varieties of oil soaps, supporting the marketing and sale of the cooperatives’ natural soap products.
